I'm checking my Gmail and saw an RSS article from ZDNet that there are actually buyers out in San Francisco that want a Green or more substainable home. It wasn't until I accidentally watched the "Dirty Jobs" episode in which Mike Rowe goes on a San Fran trash pick up. I was amazed that San Fran recycles something like 65% of their waste. That's impressive.
