First Page On Google Because of Active Rain for Dacula Real Estate Agent

I just showed my wife what I have been doing on the internet all these nights and morning.  Yep, ActiveRain posts.  She thought it was cute, but said, "What's this going to do for you?"  I quickly did a search on Google for Dacula Real Estate Agent, and sure enough, at the bottom of the first page, there I was, my Active Rain blog!

I have a renewed vigor to post about more local items here as well as abroad.  Thank you active rain!

Yes, it will all pay off, I am getting referrals from active rain and I also send my clients to active rainers. It is a great place to be.

Joshua, It shows what you can do with hard work.  I know people who complain about doing this.  They say it is to much of a pain in the @ss.  Then they wonder why I get phone calls for loans.  hhmmmm

Hi Joshua...it takes time but it definitely pays off! Some of my most prominent clients have emerged through my work here on the network! So keep it up!

It's great that you had the ability to SHOW your wife the physical results!  That way she won't think you're just in there playing games  :)

I specialize in a commnuity in Scottsdale AZ called McCormick Ranch.  I have been tinkering with AR for about a week now (probably far too much tinkering ... I need to go sell something!).  I made one innocuos listing post to localism, and BOOM, I have first page position on Google for McCormick Ranch Real Estate and McCormick Ranch Realtor.  The funny thing is that I was speaking with an outfit called ClickSmart about their pay per click program, and I actually got better page position with those keywords out of my free posting.  No bites on it yet, but impressive nonetheless.

No consumer calls yet, I've been spammed a few times by network marketers but nothing worth income yet.   It'll help in listing presentations though, as I had almost no presence in Dacula before (I have a big presence in other key words though).

My wife thought it was cool, but she's always skeptical of the internet.  I've been doing internet leads for 5 years and it takes a toll on you.  I'm trying different things out (like this) to see if I can improve on the quality.

Very interesting.  AND, you aren't at a point level that can't be achieved.  This definitely adds hope for a good reason to be here.  Appreciate the anecdote!

DUDE!  I just did the same thing and I popped up on the first page in my area.  That is cool!  Thanks for the great idea!
