From KW Newsletter & Mega Camp: Free Blogs for Keller Williams Agents

Almost missed in the newsletter this week was this little snippet:

Get on the blogging bandwagon! Now you can add a blog to your eAgentC Website and position yourself on the Web as the number one resource for neighborhood information in your area. And you can do it at no additional cost!

Just log in and you see the infrastructure is there.  KW is using the same technology as Realtor.com it would seem.  What to do with all these blogs?

If you aren't a Keller Williams Agent yet, contact me! =)  If you are, just log into your website and you can see it.   Of course, I imagine, like the IDX solution they released, it won't be without some hiccups.

It's interesting to note that this news is released on the same day as the Realtor.com news.

Blog on!

UPDATE FROM KW AUG 29th:

FROM KW SUPPORT

We're all really excited about the new Blog/RSS features of the eAgentC websites.  The RSS feature is up and running right now.  To set yours up, log into the KW Intranet and click on My Website> Agent Website Administration> section 3.10.  While we have not been given an exact date for the activation of the new Blog feature from Top Producer, it should be up very soon.

Thanks for the headsup on the Realtor.com blog.  I've tried to sign up already for the KW blog and the TopProducer page basically says to wait for the Mega Camp announcement.  Any idea when it will actually be live?

I tried to sign up for KW blog today and got same "More to Come at Mega Camp".  Does anyone know if it will only be for Top Producer users?

You can email Support@KW.com if you want, they are not as knowledgeable as I would like, but they do try to give you a quick turnaround on questions.

My guess is within the month.
